Art Therapy

"Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life" - Pablo Picasso

Art is a universal language which is common to all people from all cultures. The creating of artistic works is a healing and life-enhancing process. By understanding and interpreting the symbols, images, and messages – both conscious and subconscious – in our art, we can develop a heightened awareness of ourselves, express and relieve anxiety and stress, reconcile emotional conflicts, and come to terms with traumatic experiences.

Art therapy can be used effectively for problems in the following areas of one’s life.

  • Love – including Family, Relationships, Marriage

  • Money – including Debt – related Stress, Financial Expectations

  • Career – including Unemployment, Direction, Dissatisfaction

  • Health – including Physical, Mental, Emotional

You don't need to have any artistic experience or ability to get the most from art therapy, it is for everyone
